Of course... The question from most people is, "exactly how do you go about getting one?" And what about handling technical support, product sales, etc., etc.

One way has been with resell rights type products. This is A way, but you can still find the same product being sold by too many other people if you're not careful and what we have for you here and now are NOT that type of product.

The answer is to simply sell your own product. Period. So, rather than trying to send traffic to someone else's product hoping to generate an affiliate commission, why not have your own product and have an army of affiliates sending traffic to YOUR product!

 

What Exactly Is a Mini Site?

Mini sites have been around for years. It's the "name" that hasn't been.

Before I answer that, let me talk more about what a "regular" site is.

Normally, when you think of a website, you think of a site that has hundreds of pages that the search engines, like Google, love because of all the pages of content that's available.

Google and other search engines look for sites that contain lots of content since, content and information is basically what we search for when we use Google or other search engines to search the internet.

We type in "dog grooming" and tons of sites come up about dog grooming. The sites that come up when you do a search like that are being given top priority by the search engines because of the content those websites provide. This is called "organic" search. And, it's simply the name given to the results the search engines bring up when you do a search.

Those sites are "ranking" well in the "organic" search results. That is what they call it.

The main purpose of a content site, as they're called, is to hopefully rank well with the search engines so that they get LOTS of free traffic.

The sites that rank well in the organic search results get a lot of FREE traffic since, the search engines want those sites to come up first in organic search.

Now, one of the main reason they can rank well in organic search is that they have LOTS of pages of content. And, that's about it. Of course there other reasons but, we don't have to get into a course on search engine optimization right now. Just understand that LOTS of pages of relevant content is what the search engines want to give us.

So, there is this type of site called a Mini Site.

It's primary purpose is to Sell a Product and Build a List. They are generally around 5-6 pages and include a sales page, download page and a few other pages. But all they are doing is selling a product.

You've probably seen lots of these types of sites. A good example of one is:

Have a look and you'll only see a few pages.

So, since the search engines want LOTS of pages of content, and since mini sites don't have LOTS pf pages of content, they normally do not rank well for organic search results. Hence the name, "mini site".

So, how do people visit the Mini Site if the search engines decide not to rank them well for organic search?

There are many ways to drive targeted traffic to a website without waiting for or hoping for a good ranking from the search engines and waiting can often be a long and boring process.

With your new custom Mini Site, you will get trained in driving targeted traffic using several tested and very successful techniques. The Research

2. Market Language
3. Google Adsense Analysis
4. Affiliate Programs
5. Adwords Keywords
 

To expand on exactly what these are:

Potential JV Partners - You will have many similar but different other website owners who you can contact who you can do different types of promotions together since promoting each others products will compliment the other. Like a "Dog Training" site and a "Dog Products" site teaming up and cross promoting

Market Language - If you have a Mini Site related to golf players for example, this industry has certain words that mean things only to golfers like birdie, mulligan, the green, par, etc., etc.

This information is vital for sales copy, autoresponders, email marketing you will do to your growing list, etc. You need to sound like you know what your talking about when communicating in a niche that you're not familiar with.

And again, all the text and copy is fully done for you already. The market language is simply given to you if you choose to add text to your new Mini Site later on.

Google Adsense Analysis - If you choose to add more content to your Internet business, it would be wise to add Google Adsense to it. Google Adsense ads can give you an additional income stream as long as you have enough pages listed with Google.

This information is used for the purpose of creating content around keyword topics that will tend to be more profitable with your Adsense campaign. And, if you are not sure what this is, it's all included in your training.

Affiliate Programs - The affiliate programs here are programs that you will need to sign up for as an affiliate. We will then take your new affiliate links and place them within your new product (the product that people are buying), in your new website and in one of the autoresonder series that people receive once they opt-in to your growing list. As people click on the  links (which will take them to similar but not competing websites), you will get the credit when they buy and earn affiliate commissions.

Income Sources

How many income sources are built in to these sites?

An income source can be defined as simply, a place where potential income can be generated. And there are several that are built-in to your new, custom Mini Site.

1. Sells generated from selling your e-book. Every sell that generated creates income for you.

2. The autoresponder series a prospect who just wants to find out more goes on. This is the 7 day e-course, or the newsletter, or some such list.

3. Your affiliate links on the new client autoresponder after they’ve purchased. You see, once they buy your product, your new client goes onto another autoresponder that will remind them regularly and automatically that there are additional products or services that they can buy from you through your affiliate links.

4. Once your list has grown some, you will do mail marketing blasts to your entire list promoting your own or other peoples products that are related to what they are interested in.

5. Your affiliate links that are IN the book they purchased from you. Each time someone buys your new product, they will see your affiliate links within it. Once they click on one, you will earn more revenue when that person buys something.

6. Your affiliate links that are IN the website area (more on this one when after your purchase. This is one thing that makes these custom Mini Sites very unique)

7. Physical shipped products. Once you've established yourself on the internet with your new Mini Site, you will be shown how to easily turn your new product into a physical product that people will pay $200 or more for.

8. Joint venture promotions you do with other vendors. This is called cross- promoting where you and someone with a similar but not competing product help each other by promoting each others products.

There are others that you can add later as well, like one time offers as up sales and additional backend sales.
 

What Should You Expect Income Wise?

Understand that you have several different income sources built in to your new Mini Site as covered above.

At first, your site is mainly generating income from the product sales only. As time goes on, you will start getting commissions from product sales through your affiliate links and you will also start doing email marketing blasts to your lists as they grow.

But remember, your in this for the training, the learning, the know-how. Yes, your site will generate revenue and to ask how much is not a fair question but I will tell you this... the site, along with the education you receive is priceless... well, almost :-)

So, the trend will be an increasing one over time. A few sales in the beginning, you hone in the PPC campaign, the sales start to increase, you start getting affiliate clicks and email blasts to your lists, and it grows.

Below I've created graphical representations of how they generally work and also how they don't work. The first two will show you what not to expect and the third is what typically occurs.

 

1 - This is generally what's in the minds of people when they think of an increase over time:

 

2 - This one "bursts" with immediate sales and expansion then levels off and stays consistent. This is another image people can get when they think of expansion.

 

3- This third one is the one that best states what occurs with one of these mini sites.

Notice the trend. A gradual increase with jumps and increases that match activities on the site like an ever increasing number of prospects in your lists that you market to and sell additional products to and increases in the numbers of people clicking on your affiliate links as the product gets distributed and the autoresponders do their job.

Understand as well that you can still turn it into a physical product, which is covered in the training, and add up-sales to the product later.

Notice as well that the graph will level off eventually because there is only so much traffic in an area or, only so many people who can be marketed to.

If you're marketing to dog lovers or fishermen then you have a huge market. If you're marketing to basket weavers, the market will be much smaller. Make sense?

 

Can you sell me the site for nothing up front and get paid back out of the profits? No.

 

Will I get rich from one of these sites? No.

What you will typically have is a steady source of income. The income amount will very depending on the site and how strictly you follow the marketing training you're given with the site. Remember, training, training, training... This is the main reason to do this program.

The best ways to really boost the income from your new site will be to really apply what you're trained in, which is not hard because you will be able to talk to a live person to help you with your activities, and offer a physical, shipped version and even audio and video.

Later, you can sell your mini site on the open market and get 2 times the annual income. This is the area of VRE or Virtual Real Estate and can be very lucrative.

 

Virtual Real Estate

Here's something to think about, seriously. I've personally sold many of these types of sites. And frankly, for LOTS more than you're paying for them. But the point is, your Mini Site can eventually be sold as internet property very much like a physical property, like a house, is sold.

It is very much like the real estate developer buys a lot, builds a house or other structure on it then sells it.

Or, like an investor who buys a run down house in a good neighborhood, adds some curb appeal, paint and a new fence then flips it or keeps it for the rent.
