When do I get the list of niches?
The list that is released is a general list and not specific
and, for good reason.
Because of the time and work that went into compiling the
list, we have to be very selective about who gets it. Once
we are able to talk via phone or email and can establish
your ability to move forward with purchasing one, the full
list will be released to you so you can choose which one or
ones you want.

Can you show me some sample websites?
There are hundreds of sites that sell products as mini
sites. A mini site is only about 3-4 pages, sometimes a few
more. There is normally a sales page, and a download page
where the new customer can get the product they just
purchased.

learned long ago not to show off my actual sites because of
internet marketers who will rip off the area of the niche.
Yes, this does happen. It’s happened to me.
The actual format and model being used in the Mini Site I
build for you is not the same as is normally made. So, to show
everyone one of my sites would not be fair to you or to me
since they are in fact, very unique and I do not need this
original design stolen.
Once all your questions have been answered and we move
forward, you will want to purchase one. After this, you will

Will you actually show me how to run one if I buy?
Yes, absolutely yes! You’ll be given a series of very well
put together videos to show you step by step how to run them
plus, you will receive phone training to make sure you
understand the videos and what you’re doing as well.
You’ll not be left alone once you receive the internet
business. We want to make sure you really understand how to
run them. Besides, it is much easier than you think it is
once you're shown how.

How easy are they to operate?
Very easy! And that’s a fact. The training you get will show
you step-by-step. You can count on spending about 5-6 hours
per month running your new Mini Site.

Can I wait till you build the sites and get them producing
income before I buy?
Yes, absolutely. The only thing is that, you will not get to
buy one at the price they are being offered at right now.
I’ve been in the virtual real estate business for a few
years. The amount that I sell working, income producing
internet business for is 2 times their annual income.
For example, if a site is producing only $250 per month,
which is on the low side, I would easily ask $6000 for it,
minimally. The sites I’m selling are half that price only

will produce traffic and income, they are new and have not.

I will not be selling any at below market value, like the
